10 hanging shoulder activates

30 sec each side runners stretch with a twist

Bench Press (1rm)

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

90 seconds on 3min off x5 rounds

Max cal Echo in 60sec

Max push-ups in remaining 30sec
