CrossFit classes with a coach are offered M-F at 5a, 6a, 9:30, 5p & 6p. On Saturdays we have a class featuring team workouts at 9:30.
Students Only CrossFit; 7th grade-College
M, W 7pm
Weightlifting Class features instruction specific to the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk movements. Other lifts or exercises are incorporated, but the focus is to improve your Olympic-style lifts. This class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm with Coach Trevor.
Boot Camp classes feature body-weight movement, cardio, and core strength. This class is seasonal; call for more info.
A yoga and core class taught by Coach Peggy is being offered on Thursdays at 8:30 am.
We offer these two classes throughout the week as well. Programming is specific to these age groups.
